TUCAI ADQUIRES TMM SL
12/12/2014Tucai Group has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of TMM, S.L. (Talleres Mecánicos Manterola, S.L.), a company based in Orio (Gipuzkoa). TMM, S.L. has more than 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing and distribution of water valves and offers a wide range of ball valves (standard, anti-limescale, de-icing, magnetic, tamper-proof, retaining, etc.), as well as ceramic angle valves. As it joins the Tucai Group, we will strive to boost TMM’s capacity to innovate, both in management and new product development. |
