Project objective
The project aims to improve the energy efficiency of the production facility through energy-saving measures designed to reduce energy costs, enhance operational performance, improve working conditions and strengthen the company’s sustainability and competitiveness.
Energy-saving measures implemented
Several measures aimed at improving the building’s energy performance were implemented as part of the project:
- Thermal insulation of external walls: was installed on the external walls to reduce heat losses and improve the building’s overall energy performance.
- Thermal insulation of the roof: was added to improve heat retention during winter and limit overheating in summer.
- Replacement of old windows and doors: were replaced with PVC frames and thermally insulated doors, reducing energy losses and improving indoor comfort.
- Replacement of heating units: obsolete heating equipment was replaced with high-efficiency inverter units, enabling more efficient heating and cooling while reducing electricity consumption.
Results achieved
The project has significantly improved the energy performance of the production facility. Key results include:
* improved energy efficiency of the production building;
* reduced heat losses through the external walls and roof;
* improved working conditions for employees;
* reduced electricity consumption for heating and cooling;
* optimised operating costs;
* increased sustainability and competitiveness.
